Our conditioning camp will start February 2nd at Lampson Stadium and will run from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. The camp will run the entire month of February and will be on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
The goal of the camp is to get as close to match fitness as possible so we don't have to spend the first two weeks of practice running.
Only five more weeks until the first day of practice!
